Privacy policy

In order to provide you with the best service we can, FSS UU has made it its policy to monitor the use of its websites and collect certain personal information. When you register to use the website Multilevel , FSS UU will store your e-mail address along with any other information you may provide. When you use the services on the website, we may need to collect further information about you. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, address and your credit card details. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them. No personal information will be submitted to third parties. No personal information will be used for marketing purposes after the congress. The personal data of customers is thus handled and protected with the greatest possible care in accordance with the requirements stated in the piece of Dutch legislation known as the Personal Data Protection Act (WBP). Confidentiality We keep information provided by participants strictly confidential and anonymous. The information is stored on servers that are behind a firewall and are physically housed within a secured data centre. All identifying information participants provide us with is stored separately from their other data. Answers to online questionnaires will be transmitted via a secure connection. In terms of protecting the anonymity of participants, information gathered from this study will only ever be reported as an aggregate description. At no time will anyone be able to identify any of the participants by using any reported material.
